MIVA is committed to enhancing the impact of its support to local organizations by not only providing transportation assets but also offering comprehensive training to maximize their use. Our Fleet Management Training program is a key initiative in this effort.
In partnership with Fleet Forum, MIVA launched a program in 2023 to introduce professional fleet
management to drivers and staff responsible for transport assets financed by MIVA. This training program is designed around four essential themes:

Participants engage in an interactive setting, guided by a professional trainer. By investing in fleet management training, and in a Train the Trainer program, MIVA ensures that the transportation assets provided are used efficiently and safely, ultimately enhancing the reach and effectiveness of the programmes and efforts of the community-based organisations in our network.
